	Gerald Foley Managing Director With over 20 years in the banking and finance sector gained through senior positions within ANZ bank, Mortgage Choice and National Mortgage Market Corporation, Gerald has a wealth of experience in building new businesses within emerging mortgage market sectors. Gerald is responsible for: managing strategic direction; finance; corporate governance; public relations; and reporting. Gerald is the Immediate Past President of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA), the peak industry body, and a non-executive director of The Mortgage Gallery.
	Kon Avramidis Director, Lending & IT Kon has over 20 years experience in the banking and finance sector including 13 years at Westpac bank. Kon is responsible for: the design, development & implementation of leading edge mortgage broker business systems; managing lender relationships; broker helpdesk; and compliance. Kon is also a member of the MIAA National Originators Committee.
	Sal Cinque Director, Sales & Marketing Sal has over 15 years experience in marketing, sales and business management with organisations in Australia and the United States. Sal is responsible for: national sales; marketing; recruitment; broker business development; affiliate marketing; e-commerce; and advertising. Sal holds a Diploma in Management from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
